Nope. You'll have to get lucky in whichever country you're in and hope they post them on whichever free-to-view service the Olympics are being broadcast on. In my country, we're stuck with the BBC which has very limited coverage and almost nothing on catch up/on demand. If I were willing, I could pay for a subscription to Discovery+, but I'm not.
