This clip is from the Brazilian TV show Fundão MTV, aired around 2008. The show revolved around team competitions, where the losing side faced humorous penalties. In this episode, one of the punishments involved giving wedgies to the losing team with a pulley system, hands tied, and one of them wore a thong!
