So I have given MPJ a two week ban, I have also sent him a message about it, not sure what else I can do as he isn't a very active member on the forum, I haven't seen him in any streams, which either means he has stopped or hes found new people to harass on twitch.

I just don't see why you would ask a woman, as it's not a sex platform and it's going to make them self conscious and cover up, everything I have seen or clipped has been genuine slips, I have never even mentioned it to the streamer after either.

If he wants to talk to girls about their whale tails then only fans or a more suitable place

I think you should stop talking about him, I mean, at best it wont change anything to track him on every streams, and at worst, he can see you're looking for every message he sent like fanboys would do. Well if they are not on her channel, then there is a good chance she has them to auto delete, so they won't ever appear, which means you need to screen record them during the stream to catch the slip
