As mentioned in the recent Chat with Bumble Girls thread I had an underwear shopping trip this past weekend. I've haven't really been out to the lingerie stores much in the last few years and this most recent trip was one of the bigger hauls in quite a while. I visited La Vie En Rose as well as La Senza while at the mall and picked up a bunch of new thongs. I didn't record anything but have some pictures and stories.
The first stop was La Vie En Rose. I spent a bit of time looking around and some sales women assisted me but I didn't really have any chats
with them. One of the sales girls who had helped me was also the one who cashed me out and she was a pretty cute, friendly blonde. She did ask me if I wanted a bag to which I said I did and then she joked "what, you mean you don't want to just walk around the mall with underwear?" which was a funny moment lol. Here's what I bought there:
Afterwards I went into La Senza. It was pretty quiet in there and there were three sales women talking to each other near the front and sort of milling around. When I walked in they asked if I needed any help and I told them that I was okay at the moment but would probably need some assistance in a minute or two to which they laughed. I was hoping to have more of a conversation about thongs in this store although with three of them together it was looking like it might be a bit hard to do. At one point though I asked one of them for assistance and said that I was looking for a certain thong I had gotten from here a few years ago, which led her to show me around some of the tables near the back of the store and go through some drawers. She showed me the styles of thong they had at the moment and then she let me look around for a bit. As I was picking out my 5 thongs she came back at one point and asked how I was doing. The other women were in the front of the store talking to somebody and me and this one sales woman were in the back so I realized I might have an opportunity to start a thong conversation.
I waited a bit and then finally said something like:
"It's hard with the different styles coming in and out because you don't know if you'll just get a huge wedgie".
She laughed and said: "No, that's definitely not the thing you want".
Then I said something along the lines of "especially when you're out in public".
She then told me: "Oh yeah, I had that one time, I was at my daughter's fricken' gymnastics and when I got home It was so good to get out!"
I replied: "That's the problem with thongs" and "I mean, you can go to get it out in public but you don't want to be that person"
She laughed and said: "No definitely not!"
It was a fun conversation, she was maybe in her mid to late 30s, bigger figure and she was wearing a shiny, almost silver type of leggings
with a light purple sweater. She turned at one point and I thought I could make out a slight hint of thong line but I might have just been imagining it lol She then cashed me out, asked if I had anymore shopping to do and we had a quick talk about school starting and weather etc. Here's what I bought:
