Whats your workout routines?
Thanks man, always a work in progress.

Generally my split it Chest/Triceps, Back/Biceps, Chest/Arms, Legs/Core so 4 days a week and generally a day or two inbetween training days. Its all about progressive overload and adding reps/weight bit by bit, training to failure...not just doing x reps and stopping because thats your programme. You can always squeeze out more or up the weight!
