It looks like one of those outdoor activity places that businesses take their employees to so they can bond hahaha. In Canada we have something called Wildplay but I don't know if that's all over the world

As far as what's happening in those pictures, I think they're doing a trust fall exercise. So one person climbs up part of a tree and then has to blindly fall backwards and they have to trust that the rest of the team will catch them. I guess it's some weird attempt to force bonding like "oh I can rely on these people because they didn't just let me fall to the ground and crack my head open" hahaha

There is a lot of these outdoor activity parks that have accounts on Flickr and if you sort by most viewed (or as Flickr calls it, sorting by "interesting") you can usually find some good thong slips
