hahaha. That lady looked completely brain-broken by how Tusie's underwear is stuck in a perpetual wedgie. I remember being stunlocked like this too in 7th grade the first time I ever saw a whaletail. hahaha. I didn't understand it, but I loved it. Hopefully Tusie's whaletail convinced that lady to give thong underwear a try herself!
