I think it is because you can see where the waistband of the jeans ends and the tiny litte g string begins. I have a picture just like that and maybe you can help me decide on this one too lol
 
Looks like I need to take a closer look at my yearbooks. I feel both pictures have the potential to be a thong. I'm saying yes because why not?
