I'm not surprised at all - I saw lots of whaletails in 6th grade (year 2001). That's when many girls started wearing thongs, and they weren't experienced enough to know how to hide them yet. Or in some cases they clearly wanted to show it off because it was new and exciting.

Most girls that I knew of started wearing them around 8th or 9th grade but there were a few who I noticed wore them a little earlier. I definitely wasn't expecting to see a thong on her when he pantsed her then but it was a nice surprise lol.

I do recall seeing her whale tail at least a few times lol. There was also one time when me and my friend were in his room and he had his door open, I saw her walking down the hall in this teal blue thong and a crop top. Yeah, she definitely still gave me hugs and hung around me after that incident. She seemed to get over it pretty quickly.

She definitely got hotter as she got older. Unfortunately, nothing ever happened there, the age difference and my friendship with her brother kind of hindered that.
Only girl I ever saw get pantsed fully was my sister. She was 16 at the time. I was 18 at the time and a senior in high school. My sister had a really nice body (and still does) but at the point in time time I did not think about that at all. She was still my little sister. I’m staring at the front of my sisters pink thong now while she panics to pull her leggings up. When she stands up I get one last quick view of her ass before her pants are pulled up. My whole family was laughing. My sister was embarrassed but didn’t care much once she got her pants pulled back up and she ended up laughing a little. Later that night I went to the laundry and found her clothes from that day, including her pink VS thong. The first time I ever was interested in my sister.
I didn’t think anything of it until last year when I was helping my dad with his iCloud account I saw he had taken some candid photos of woman’s asses. I didn’t investigate anymore. But it made me wonder if the pantsing incident was for his own personal pleasure. I wonder if he planned that out or thought of it on the spot. Either way I wasn’t too upset because I enjoyed the show

I've carried out a couple of my own skirt liftings, as well as seeing it.
Bear in mind in the UK girls wear skirts to school, it rarely happens but I remember giving it good to a blonde with a short pleated tartan skirt and lacy black panties just outside the gates. She was mortified at first but calmed down when she realised it was a prank.
